1. I've chosen invoice/part payment, when will you send the invoice to me?

The invoice will be sent by e-mail automatically when the order is being sent from us. If you have chosen part payment the invoice will be send by regular post the month after the order.

2. Have my order been sent yet?

En e-mail will automatically be sent to you when the order is packed and picked up from our warehouse. The e-mail will contain a tracking number, if there is one. Please observe that the tracking may take 24h on it to work. If you have an account on our site your order status will also be updated under your account. Goods that we have in stock is usually shipped from us within 2-5 working days if you haven't chosen express delivery, then it will be sent from us within 24 hours!

3. I am having problems with a product and wants to change/cancel/report it, how do I do?
